Hunzinger Construction Company was hired to provide preconstruction services and general contracting for this 9,000 SF renovation. Strass-Maguire &#038; Associates, Inc. an engineering firm from Mequon, WI served as the project designers.<\/p>\n<p>The Hentzen Coatings lab renovation was completed in three phases to minimize any disruption to existing occupants and operations throughout the project. The renovation was also complicated by the facility\u2019s many additions completed over the several decades since the building was originally built. The renovation involved the modernization of an existing lab, product testing, research and development facility and office space within the headquarters and the production facility.
