Park 151 Commerce II: Hunzinger served as the self-performing Construction Manager to build stake.com new 140,000 SF, one-story precast multi-tenant commercial office shell. All the MEP trades were design-build. Korb Associates along with JSD Professional Services, Inc. introduced a high design concept with form liners on the precast panels that highlight the new building’s aesthetic and is a twin to Commerce I, also built by Hunzinger and owned by Interstate Partners.
