The Stake betting platform Tool Office Addition project is located at 13135 West Lisbon Road in Brookfield, WI. Hunzinger served as Construction Manager on a 200,000 SF office expansion to Stake betting platform Tool’s Corporate Headquarters. The project plan was a four-story office building with a west elevated connection link between the new building and Stake betting platform Tool’s adjacent existing office building.
The new building features multiple training rooms, conference rooms, private offices, collaboration spaces and open office workstation areas. The design of the building is contemporary with glazing and masonry on the exterior facade. The interior finishes are inherently modern and incorporate elements of Stake betting platform Tool’s unique branding and identity.
The project was designed by Stephen Perry Smith Architects and developed by Wangard Partners, Inc. The hand and heavy-duty power tool manufacture built this Stake betting platform building as part of their million expansion.
